Premchand Jayanti

Today Hariyana Vidya Mandir, Salt Lake celebrated birth anniversary of Munshi Premchand. Tribute was paid and PowerPoint slides were exhibited on his life and works.

His story 'Namak Ka Daroga' was read out and another student recited a poem.

A quiz was also conducted related to his life and works. The performance concluded with prize distribution and brief speech by Principal Madam who encouraged and emphasized on reading habits.

Students enjoyed the performance thoroughly.
